Blog 75 - Book Haul #10 - Textbooks

Hey Everyone!

So today I wanted to do a book haul post. But there is a twist to this book haul. This haul is a haul that contains the books that I had to buy for my college classes. Now I know you are thinking - why would she do a book haul on boring old used textbooks - right? Well here's the thing, my textbooks aren't really textbooks. Some of them are actually textbooks but others are regular books. It's one aspect I love about being a English - Creative Writing major.

So onto the list of textbooks, I had to get:

For my Traditional English Grammar class (Textbook and workbook):

For my British Literature to 1616 class:

For my Writing the Novel class:
Swamplandia!  Write Great Fiction - Plot & Structure  Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Harry Potter #1)

For my Writing Young Adult Fiction class:
Little Women (Barnes & Noble Classics Series)    Election    Lord of the Flies   Breathless   Peter Pan (Barnes & Noble Classics Series)   Light Years   The Giver  We the Animals

That is all the textbooks that I need for my final semester of College (at least for getting my Bachelor's degree). I'm so excited to be so close to my graduation yet, I'm so scared of what will happen afterwards. I pray that good things happen after I graduate.

That is all for me, so until time, Happy Reading Guys!

Blog 74 - The Army of Ten Mission

The Mission that I have accepted is to make my way up to the ranking of General. You are probably thinking how am I going to do that, right? Well I going to go through each and every ranking and do the missions (assignments) that are posted on the Army of Ten blog. If you don’t know where to find information about this, check out the blog here:

Do you have what it takes to make the ranking of General? If so then hop on over and help out a fellow author get the word out about her new book.

About TEN

Shhhh!
Don't spread the word! Three-day weekend. House party.
White Rock House on Henry Island.
You do not want to miss it.

It was supposed to be the weekend of their lives—three days on Henry Island at an exclusive house party. Best friends Meg and Minnie each have their own reasons for wanting to be there, which involve their school's most eligible bachelor, T. J. Fletcher, and look forward to three glorious days of boys, bonding, and fun-filled luxury.

But what they expect is definitely not what they get, and what starts out as fun turns dark and twisted after the discovery of a DVD with a sinister message: Vengeance is mine.

Suddenly, people are dying, and with a storm raging outside, the teens are cut off from the rest of the world. No electricity, no phones, no internet, and a ferry that isn't scheduled to return for three days. As the deaths become more violent and the teens turn on each other, can Meg find the killer before more people die? Or is the killer closer to her than she could ever imagine?

Until next time, I’m off to complete my missions!
Happy Reading!
