Blog 46 - New Blog Schedule

Hello There.

So I finally decided on a blog schedule. I will be testing it out starting the week of April 30 - May 5. I do hope that I can get some feedback on whether or not you guys like the new set up. This new schedule will go as follows:

Monday: Book Hauls (Books that I get for the week)

Tuesday: My Writing (progress on certain projects, talks of new projects, etc)

Wednesday: Book Recommendations (Self explanatory)

Thursday: Open topic day for posting on anything that I feel needs to be posted, maybe more about my writing.

Friday: Book Reviews

With Saturday and Sunday being used for planning of the next weeks posting.

Please feel free to comment with any suggestions that you may have for Thursday or about the blog schedule in person. I figure with the next few weeks freeing up some of my time. I will most likely be posting more posting, and videos on my YouTube channel.

Until next time, Happy Reading!!

Blog 45 - Book Haul #3

Good Evening Followers,

I'm here to share another book haul with you. Let's get started shall we? I know this week isn't that big, but that's okay.

1. The Vampire Diaries: Nightfall by L.J. Smith

2. A bind up of Flowers in the Attic and Petals on the Wind by V.C. Andrews

3. Ascend by Amanda Hocking - this is the third book in the Trylle series.

These next two aren't really books per say, but literary magazines that I'm interested in submitting some of my work to one day (hopefully in the near future)

4. Alaska Quarterly Review (AQR)

5. Barrelhouse

I hope everyone got something this week that they wanted to get to read.
Until next time, Happy Reading!

Blog 43 - End of April Update

Hello Followers,

I know that I haven't posted anything lately, and for that I apologize.

With the Spring semester coming to an end, I've been busy with finishing up assignments and a final exam next Tuesday. After my one and only exam is complete, which I was shocked about only having one exam, I will have about six weeks off before my summer classes start.

In the meantime, I will be catching up on my reading challenge that I took on like so many did this year. I'm a few books behind, so with that said, I'll be getting to those books, getting them read and reviewed, so keep an eye out for later posts.

Some GOOD NEWS!!! I almost finished writing my first book. I'm adding a couple of scenes before it's finished and I set it aside in order to clear my mind of the project before starting revisions in early June.

With that said, I will also be starting to write my second book concept, which will hopefully be expanded into four books. I will attempt to write the first complete book in the six weeks that I have off before my classes start in late June. Wish me luck! There will blog posts along the way of my progress of certain word count milestones.

...Now let's did I forget anything?... *thinks for a moment*

Nope I believe that's it. Tune in next time for some Book Hauls.

Happy Reading!!

Blog 42 - A Book Haul

Hello There fellow readers! I hope you are all doing well on this Saturday afternoon.

First, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter.

HAPPY EASTER!!

Now onto the real reason we are here. A BOOK HAUL!
So in the last week I have gotten some great titles, or so I've heard from numerous sources. I've read tons of reviews on these books. So I'm excited that I got them, and looking forward to reading them sometime in the next few weeks.

The books I got are:

1. Incarnate by Jodi Meadows
2. Anna dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake
3. Zombie Tag by Hannah Moskowitz
4. Fated by Alyson Noel (An ARC I won on LibraryThing through early reviewers)
5. Break by Hannah Moskowitz
and finally
6. Pins and Needles by Karen Brown

The last book is actually a collection of short stories that was written by my Fiction Two professor at my school. I'm excited to read all of these books, and I will have a review up for each one as I read them. Leave comments down below, telling me what you got.

As always Happy Reading, and Have a safe and Happy Easter.
